This study analyzes the effect of immersion duration and the addition of 60/70 penetration asphalt on the durability of Cold Paving Hot Mix Asbuton (CPHMA). CPHMA is a mixture of aggregate and asphalt that is mixed hot but laid cold. It is effective for road construction in remote areas but has limitations in terms of stability and durability, especially in tropical environments with high rainfall. The study was conducted by adding 60/70 penetration asphalt at 0%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, and 2.0% of the mixture weight, with testing after immersion for 0.5 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours. The Marshall test was used to assess stability, flow, VIM, VMA, VFA, and Residual Strength Index (RSI) as an indicator of durability. The results showed that the addition of asphalt increased VMA and VFA, but VIM remained high, while Marshall stability decreased when the asphalt content exceeded 0.5%. The highest RSI value was obtained at an asphalt content of 0.5% (91.75%), before decreasing at contents >0.5%, although it still met the minimum standard of 70%.
