The material supply strategy in construction projects using the critical path and SWOT methods aims to increase efficiency and reduce the risk of delays in material supply. The critical path method is used to identify critical paths in construction projects and optimize material supply scheduling. Meanwhile, a SWOT analysis is used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to material supply in construction projects. The research was conducted on the construction of road rehabilitation and sidewalk construction projects on Nakula, Arjuna, Abimanyu, Werkudara, and Kartini Streets in North Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali. In this study, a critical path was obtained for work problems that cannot be delayed which were identified using Microsoft Project. The jobs that experienced delays were jobs related to material supply, such as material procurement and material delivery. The material procurement strategy on the critical path can be analyzed using the SWOT method, which shows that the main strength is the ability to order materials quickly and on time, but the main threat is the delay in material delivery and unstable material market conditions and the calculation of internal and external variables that will be used to show the situation in the SWOT examination technique which can later be known strategies based on the position in the quadrant. The quadrant obtained according to the results of the coordinate analysis calculation with a value of (0.015; 0.235) then the analysis of rehabilitation and construction of sidewalks in the Nakula road area is located in quadrant I which shows that the organization is strong and has opportunities.
